Singapore – Work Injury Compensation

Our Work Injury Compensation policy covers you against the liability of employer under the Work Injury Compensation Act as well as protecting an employer against any legal liability arising from claims by your employees at Common Law.

The Work Injury Compensation Act covers all employees regardless of their level of earnings. It is not compulsory to cover those employees in non-manual work, earning above S$1,600 per month, employers are however required to pay compensation in the event of a valid claim under the Act which is implemented on 1 April 2008.
